Event FAQ’s

Do you take reservations?

We would love to host you for the evening. If you call the restaurant we are more than happy to write your name down. We are not based solely on reservations as we accept walk-ins. Your reservation stipulations depend largely on events and holidays happening at the wine bar. Please let us know if there are any accommodations that need to be made.

Is there a private area to host an event?

Yes, at our Otsego location we have a semi private area that is closed off with curtains. This area is only rented out at specific times. In Champlin we have a semi private area that can not be closed off with a curtain or door but is considered moderately secluded. There may be a minimum to hit for each location. Please call the location you’re interested in for more information.

What is the Room Fee for our event?

For all events our room fees are based on the amount of people. Up to 25 guests is $50. Up to 40 is $75 and anything over 40 guests is $100.

Can we bring in our own dessert?

We would be more than happy to share our dessert options with you for your event. We do allow you to bring your own dessert at a rate of $2.50 per person. That applies to the number of guests attending regardless if they will consume the dessert or not.

Terms of Service

Room Fee

  • Up to 25 guests – $50
  • 25-40 guests – $75
  • Above 40 guests – $100
  • The tables in each area will be left as is. If a special arrangement is needed there will be a $10 fee. This will need to be paid at the same time as the room fee.

Final Guest Count

  • Pour requires a 48 hour advance notification of a final guest count for your event.


  • We do not allow confetti.
  • We do not allow anything to be taped on walls or any painted surface.
  • We do not provide any decorations. We have real candles available upon request.
  • You must bring your own garbage bag for any decorations or wrapping paper that needs to be discarded.


  • Any tabs paid with a credit card over $500 will be charged a 3% processing fee.
  • Your room fee is due at the time of reservation to hold your spot.
  • All plate fees and prices are NOT inclusive of tax and tip.
  • There will be an 18% gratuity added to all events/parties over 8 people.
